A new low rise, medium density residential and commercial development in a sixty acres lot on the east coast of Florida. The project consists of 160 residential units distributed in thirty acres of land, recreational and community facilities, commercial and office space, communal gardens and a parking facility. The residential units are grouped in twenty clusters. Each cluster occupies approximately 1.6 acres. It contains eight residential units plus an eight thousand square feet common garden. Each residential unit is contained within a 7,500 square feet lot. The lot has, on the average, a 2,500 square feet (250 m2) home with 500 square feet of of terraces and porches, 1,500 square feet of swimming pool, and 3,000 square feet of private courtyard gardens.
